60/90/120 Minute-Perfect for rebalancing your body. Receive a wonderful core stretch for most body types and activity levels.  Weighted shiatsu and deep tissue techniques will be used to locate and relax lines of tension and trigger points through the neck, shoulders, back and hips.  90 and 120 min sessions will also include arms and legs. *This is a fairly deep massage and may cause localized soreness.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage of the head, neck and face helps to alleviate sinus congestion and stagnation and increase lymph flow, helps reduce under eye bags and dark circles, improves circulation of blood and nutrients, repairs cells, improves skin appearance and increases oxygen supply.

45/60/90 (full body) Minutes- Combines massage movements and negative pressure with the use of cups.  A cup is positioned at the area to be treated, a vacuum is created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. This creates a suction effect that increases blood and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area, relaxes muscle tissue, draws stagnation and toxins out of the body and releases a myriad of pain causing factors.

30 Minute- Uses cranial pressure points and shoulder/neck massage to release any tension that causes migraine headaches and muscle aches.  Assisted with diffuse 100% grade essential oil migraine blend.

60/90 Minute- Full body massage, encompassing hot stones with moderate pressure.  Each area will be massaged with moderate pressured techniques, then hot stones will be gently glided over the body, providing warmth, increased circulation, while inducing tranquility.

MLD is an advanced form of massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to remove congestion & stagnation from within the body. This is a gentle technique that assists the lymphatic system in working more efficiently. When the lymph system is blocked, excess fluid may accumulate in the body causing lymphedema. MLD is beneficial in the treatment of primary & secondary Lymphedema, Lipedema, venous insufficiency, rheumatoid arthritis, sprains & strains, sports injuries, pre & post-plastic surgery.

30/60/90 Minute-The aim is to relieve pain while restoring balance by minimizing muscle adhesions or stuck tissue within affected areas and increase range of motion. It is more specific than other massage therapy modalities as it involves a multidisciplinary approach to relieve pain caused by dysfunctional joints and chronic, acute, and over-use injuries. Cups, or other soft tissue manipulation tools may be used if necessary. (Ladies typically keep undergarments on during this massage)

60 Minute- Nurturing full body massage for Moms to Be!  Using safe and effective prenatal techniques.  This massage will help with dehydrated skin, exhaustion, and puffy hands and feet.  Special attention to easing lower back muscles. *Certified* Pregnancy cushion and headrest to provide face down massage.

60/90 Minute-  Start session with Reiki (healing technique that channels energy by touch, to activate the natural healing process and restore physical and emotional well being) to clear your chakras. Follow with massage continuing to clear and move the energy. 

45 Minute Back/Neck/Shoulder Massage-  Ease stress with this focused tension relieving massage. A therapeutic blend of essential oils is applied to remove lactic acid and eliminate chronic deep "knots". Knead and release techniques are used to relax the muscles and increase circulation. 

30/60/90 Minute Massage-  Classic stress relieving massage. Utilizes long, flowing strokes to reduce tension, increase circulation and induce relaxation. 100% grade essential oils used at beginning and end of service. Hot stones and towel added for a finishing touch. 

45/60/90-This neuromuscular session will be problem focused, addressing trigger points that commonly refer pain felt in muscles/joints.  A combination of Cupping, Graston and Deep Tissue massage will be used. This will eliminate pain referrals and allow free movement again.  This type of massage can be intense, but you control the intensity through feedback with your therapist.  Some soreness and light bruising may occur.

Two Hour Massage-  Relaxing massage techniques, foot reflexology and sugar scrub. 100% grade essential oils used at beginning and end of the massage. Hot towel and hot stones used during and end of service

90/120 Minute- Indulge yourself with this fully clothed session combining luxurious stretching and deep compressions to relieve pain, increase mobility and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and energized. *Wear stretchy athletic clothing.

30 Minute- Begin with massage on scalp, next and shoulders while your feet soak in a warm epsom salt/essential oil water.  Relax while the therapist moves on to massage arms, hands, lower legs and feet.

60 Minute- Enjoy relaxing techniques over your scalp/neck/shoulders while your feet soak.  Next, reflexology techniques are applied to your arm/hands.  Then enjoy lower leg and foot reflexology massage to restore wellness.  End treatment with back compression work. Includes hot stones or sugar scrub.

90 Minute- Invigorating treatment starts with a foot soak followed by an exfoliating sugar scrub to rejuvenate your feet.  Relax with massage techniques over the body followed by foot reflexology and hot stones. End treatment with compression work on your back and legs.
